1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially used livestock supplements
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• Products purchased under discounts, clearance, or special offers (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup if approved.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch the new product once the return is approved. Replacement is subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return (as per eligibility).
