1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable courier services across India.

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Rural / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a specified value (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number
• Courier partner details
• Tracking link via email or SMS

You can track the status any time until delivery.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or unavailability of the customer:

• The order may be returned to us by the courier.
• Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged, opened, or tampered package:

• Do NOT accept the parcel.
• Inform the delivery partner immediately.
• Contact our support team within 24 hours with photos/video evidence.

We will help arrange a replacement or initiate a return.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Pranav Animal Health Solution ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
